Prime Minister Sherif Ismail on Thursday met with South Korean Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Kang Hoin and his accompanying delegation.
The meeting was meant to support and promote all aspects of the distinguished bilateral relations between the two countries, Cabinet Spokesman Ashraf Sultan said.
Ismail welcomed the visiting delegation and hailed the current cooperation projects between the two countries, the spokesman said.
The prime minister expressed his desire for further cooperation and promoting the bilateral relations between Cairo and Seoul.
Egypt is keen on luring more local and foreign investments, the prime minister said, stressing the importance of major South Korean companies’ investments in Egypt.
The meeting was attended by Egypt’s Transport Minister Galal Said who hailed the two countries’ relations.
