Saudi king meets US defensce secretary Ashton Carter

Saudi King Salman bin Abdel Aziz met on Wednesday with US Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter and his accompanying delegation in Jeddah.
During the meeting, they discussed ties between the two countries in the military field, as well as the latest developments in the region.
The US is keen on bringing about peace and stability in the region, Carter said.
