Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received a message from Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
Kuwait's Deputy Premier and Interior Minister Sheikh Mohammad Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah handed the message as he met the Saudi monarch on Wednesday, Saudi state news agency SPA reported.
