On his working visit, King Abdullah Wednesday scheduled to hold a summit meeting with Obama at the White House to discuss regional and global efforts to counter terrorism, extremism and terrorist organizations.

Developments in the region are also expected to top the agenda, including the Syrian crisis, as well as ways to break the deadlock and accelerate progress toward a lasting peace for the Palestinian-Israeli conflict based on the two-state solution.
