Second round of Syrian dialogue to start Monday in Moscow

The second round of the Syria-Syria dialogue dialogue will start in Moscow Monday with the participation of a governmental delegation and representatives of opposition parties.
The four-day dialogue reflects the firm Russian approach to settle the Syrian crisis via political and diplomatic means, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
The first consultative meeting between the Syrian government and the opposition was in January in Moscow and ended by a 10-point document.
