Nine Algerian films will be screened in the 10th International Oriental Film Festival of Geneva (FIFOG, Switzerland) which will be held from 20 to 29 March, announced Sunday the festival’s organizers.
Among these films, six will be in official competition (one in the feature film category, two in the short film category and three documentaries), said this cultural event’s organizers.
In the feature film category, the festival-goers will see Lyes Salem’s “L'Oranais” in official competition and Bahia Allouache’s "Cinéma Chkoupi." In the short film category, four films will be screened, namely "Le beau frère" (Brother in law) by Hassan Belaïd, "Regards" (Looks) by Noureddine Kebaïli, "Yidir" and "Koceila" by Tahar Houchi.
