Sameeriah F. Haines’ God-inspired poetry book, “Encouraged by God” (published by iUniverse), which was published in 2009, is currently in the midst of a renewed marketing campaign to further spread the word about the importance of a relationship with God.
“The poems in this book are expressed to speak or touch a person’s thought process,” Haines says. “If by any means you have a different meaning after you have read one of my poems then it will have changed the course of your tomorrow.”
Haines explains that her book of inspirational poetry is full of hope for readers who have given up on God, but it is also directly targeted at readers who just need to increase their belief in him a little.
“The encouraging message in this book will allow you to acknowledge those things that you may need to work on so you can return unto him before it becomes too late,” Haines says.
An excerpt from the poem “Reason For Your Walk”:
“Try not to dwell in your past
Hurt can no longer hurt you
Feelings of disappointment tried to bottle your feelings in a jar
But that’s all over now
There is a new meaning in your life today!”
