As many as 47,157 passengers arrived to and left Red Sea ports in December.

The ports of Safaga and Nuweiba received 23,736 passengers while 23,421 others left the ports, Spokesman of Red Sea Ports Authority Abdel Rahim Mostafa said in statements Sunday.

Also, 8,738 tourists traveled from and arrived to the ports in December, he said.
