AirAsia has launched a promotion for travellers departing Australia with special deals on connecting fares to Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Singapore and China for booking from today (30 April) until 3 May 2012. The travel period runs from 1 July to 30 September 2012. From Melbourne, travellers can fly one way to Singapore from A$289; Phuket and Krabi from A$319; Bangkok and Chiang Mai from A$339; Bali from A$349 and Hong Kong from A$359. From the Gold Coast, Phuket is available from A$319; Clark (Philippines) from A$329; Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Phnom Penh from A$339; Bali from A$349 and Shenzhen from A$369 one way. Sydneysiders can jet off to Singapore from just A$309; Phuket from A$339, Bangkok from A$349 and Bali from A$369 one way. There are also special deals from Perth including Phuket from A$289; Bangkok and Phnom Penh from A$309; Hong Kong from A$329 and Shenzhen from A$339 one way. AirAsia’s Fly-Thru service allows passengers to easily connect between two flights via the Kuala Lumpur Low Cost Carrier Terminal without having to worry about checking in twice. AirAsia is also offering sale fares to Kuala Lumpur from Perth from A$219; and Melbourne, Gold Coast and Sydney from A$249 one way.
