Airports Company board restructured

General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, on Sunday issued a resolution restructuring the board of directors of the Abu Dhabi Airports Company (Adac). The resolution appoints Majid Al Mansouri as chairman of the board. Other members of the board include Abu Bakr Seddiq Al Khouri, engineer Owaida Murshid Ali Al Murar, Ahmad Ali Mattar Al Rumaithi, and engineer Mohammad Mubarak Ali Al Mazroui. As per the resolution, the board will serve a tenure of three years with a chance for renewal.from gulf news.
