Minister of Tourism Hisham Zaazou met on Tuesday with Polish and Saudi ambassadors here, Piotr Puchta and Ahmed al-Qattan, respectively, to review how to foster Egypt's cooperation with Poland and Saudi Arabia. Zaazou discussed with Puchta means to promote bilateral relations in the tourism field. In statements after the meeting, the minister said the present situation in Egypt took place in all world countries during their transition to democracy. He said his ministry seeks to increase the number of tourists coming from Poland, as a promising market to Egypt. Puchta, on his part, said Polish tourists appreciate the right to peaceful protest, which, he added, encourages Poland to raise its flights to Egypt. During their get-together, Zaazou and Qattan discussed ways of boosting joint cooperation, with firm eye to the Hajj and Umrah seasons. The Egyptian official underlined the depth and strength of relations between Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Qattan, in turn, promised to maximize advantages offered to Egyptians in the kingdom and curb any manipulation of entry visas.
