Hurghada International Airport
Hurghada - MENA

Hurghada International Airport received on Saturday 55 planes carrying 7,000 tourists of different nationalities.

The tourists include German and Dutch, Director General of the airport Sadeq el Shouri told MENA.

The tourists will spend a week at the hotels and resorts of Hurghada and Safaga, he said.

Shouri said that the trips are operated normally in spite of a decision by the Russian government to repatriate its nations nationals from Egypt. Twenty-five Russian planes arrived at the airport to carry Russian nationals home.
