Sharm El-Sheikh
Cairo - MENA

A group of 2,050 young men and women went on 43 buses Monday from Cairo Stadium on trips to Sharm el Sheikh as part of a "Know Your Country" program.

The program is organized by the Ministry of Sports.

University students are going on the trips.

Sports Minister Khaled Abdel Aziz said his Ministry is keen on organizing trips to Sharm el Sheikh to activate domestic travel to the Red Sea resort city.

The Ministry supports youth trips to Sharm el Sheikh by 90 percent, with each paying only 150 pounds, including residency and transport fees for one week.
