Russia will not stimulate tourist flow to Turkey in the framework of normalizing bilateral relations, Tass quoted the Russian Ambassador to EU Vladimir Chizhov as saying on Monday.
"Administrative barriers on charter flights imposed some time ago, were cancelled. However, this does not mean that the Russian government, Russian authorities will stimulate tourist flow to Turkey," Chizhov said during the Moscow-Brussels video bridge.
"Even more so that by coincidence, terrorist attacks at the Istanbul airport occurred precisely on those same days," he added.
Answering a question on what Russia wins from normalization of relations with Turkey, the diplomat noted that "all participants involved in the process of normalization win in every case from normal relations between any countries."
