Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh
Gaza – Mohammed Habib
A delegation of Arab officials will visit Gaza next week in order to put an end to the Israeli siege Gaza has been subjected to for years. Yesterday, Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh promised a surprise to the Palestinian people.
According to the source, Qatar will then announce the reconstruction of the Strip, which will be facilitated with the Rafah crossing.
On Tuesday, the head of the Qatari delegation to Gaza, Ambassador Mohamed al-Emadi, delivered to Palestinian companies from Gaza the reconstruction contracts.
The people wondered about the surprise Haniyeh mentioned during the celebration organised to honour the former ministers in Gaza.
Haniyeh has revealed that Palestinians in Gaza will have a great surprise during next week, without giving any further details, stressing on the importance of the national reconciliation and ending the division in order to achieve the people’s unity.
The Palestinian Prime Minister said that the enemy’s strategy against Gaza has failed, and stressed that Palestinians will not surrender to the cruel siege imposed on them.
