Violent clashes have been witnessed between Yemeni governmental troops on one hand and Houthi militias and other forces loyal to former President Ali Abdullah Saleh in Naham in the eastern side of Sana’a.
According to tribal sources, the confrontations centered on a number of areas surrounding Sana’a, including Mogawha Mountains, Manara and Madfoon, as the forces loyal to President Hadi launched attacks on the sites Houthi controlled during the recent days.
The clashes came a day after the clashes witnessed in Taiz on Friday, leading to the killing of a number of fighters from the two parties.
Sources revealed that the governmental troops managed to liberate a number of sites controlled by the militias in the western side of Taiz after clashes with Houthis, as the military forces launched attack against Ansar Allah Houthi militias and Saleh’s forces at Mqubnp Front.
