Jordanians have renewed their protests on Friday
Amman - Osama al-Rantissi

Jordanians have renewed their protests on Friday Jordanians have renewed their protests on Friday, as the people took to the streets in the kingdom to protest against fuel price rise and the political arrests following the recent protests. More than 100 demonstrators have been arrested in the recent anti-government protests.
The protest, organised by the Islamic Youth and popular movements saw hundreds of Jordanians gathering in the streets of the capital after Friday's prayers. Demonstrators raised banners which read: "We want to bring down state security and martial law". The protesters demanded the release of 113 detainees, chanting that freedom of expression is a constitutional right for all citizens.
Clashes broke out when the crowd of protesters encountered supporters of the regime.
The organisers of the protest called for another rally on Saturday afternoon.
In the rest of the country, hundreds of people marched in the streets of Irbid, 100km north of Amman.
Jordanians demonstrated in the Aqaba and Karak governorate, in the south of Jordan. Protesters chanted that they would refuse to pay their utility bills, since they do not want to pay "the bills of corruption."
Youth and Popular movements in Karak issued a statement in which they rejected government policies that led to a political and economical crisis. They also strongly criticised the government for protecting corruption and raising fuel prices.
Protesters in Voqua, north Karak, said they would boycott the parliamentary elections unless elections laws are modified to "suit people's aspiration."
In the south of the country, protesters demanded broader constitutional reforms in order to build a democratic state.
