African champion Esperance will face Asian champion Al Sadd in the quarterfinals of the Club World Cup The draw for the quarter finals of the FIFA Club World Cup 2011, which was made this morning in Japan has paired the Al-Sadd Club " with the Tunisian team " Esperance " in the quarter final on December 11th. FC Barcelona will play against the winners of the quarter final game in the in the competition's second semifinal on December 15th in Yokohama.
Al Sadd are AFC Champions League winners after they beat the Korean team Jeonbuk in the final, while the Esperance are the current African champions.
