$12m Victoria's secret fashion show

The show will be aired at the end of the mont Victoria’s Secret annual fashion show is being filmed in New York and will be aired at the end of the month. The event, costing $12million, is a full year in planning, and we can expect translucent aquatic wings and a 'Degas-inspired' ballet scene with fragile dancers in repose. Alongside Miranda Kerr's show-stopping $2.5million Fantasy Treasure bra, will be the Passion Play Fan Wings, seven years in the making. The antique copper wings are plated with 23-carat gold and are embellished with 105,000 Swarovski crystals. Designed and made in Sydney by Manik Mercian, the glistening prop weighs 22 pounds. South African bombshell Candice Swanepoel will open the show, and other models include Karlie Kloss, Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Doutzen Kroes, Erin Heatherton, Lily Aldridge and Lindsey Ellingson. Angels Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Karolina Kurkova will not be joining this year's fanfare, due to work commitments elsewhere instead.
