49% of Brits suffer from 'travel blues'
London - Arab Today

49% of Brits suffer from 'travel blues' As Brits prepare to touch down on home soil following relaxing summer holidays in Europe and abroad, a recent survey reveals that 49 per cent of Brits not only suffer from "post holiday blues" but as a result their thoughts turn to emigrating abroad.
In the survey undertaken by Global Visas, a UK business that provides people worldwide with international visa, relocation, immigration services, a substantial 65.31 per cent revealed they would certainly consider emigrating to their holiday destination, while 24.49 per cent said they would definitely look into emigrating but to somewhere other than where they enjoyed their summer break.
When asked how long this "post holiday blues" feeling lasts, the survey found that 28.7 per cent permanently feel down while 34.69 per cent claim it takes at least three weeks for the post holiday depression to disappear.
Gary Smith, global sales and marketing director at Global Visas says: “Since the start of the year our UK office has received an increase in the number of requests for visa applications from Brits seeking a better quality of life and living conditions as well as brighter career prospects.”
The UK experiences more people wanting to leave compared with other countries; the UK takes pole position followed by Australia, Canada and South Africa.
