The National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) has partnered with Etihad Airways' award winning loyalty programme, Etihad Guest, enabling the Bank's credit card holders to convert their NBAD Stars to Etihad Guest Miles, and access
an impressive selection of flight and non-flight reward options.
NBAD Stars are loyalty points earned by the Bank's credit card holders every time they use their credit cards to make a purchase. NBAD Stars can be exchanged for Etihad Guest Miles at an attractive conversion rate of six NBAD Stars to one Etihad Guest mile.
Navneet Dave, the Head of Cards at NBAD, said: "NBAD always aims to provide its loyal customers with exceptional services and rewards. Our partnership with Etihad Airways ensures that our cardholders will not only get greater value for their NBAD Stars, but will also benefit from greater flexibility and choice." The Etihad Guest loyalty programme now boasts over 2.2 million members from more than 200 countries worldwide, with approximately a quarter living in the UAE home market. The exponential growth of Etihad Guest - and Etihad Airways as a whole - is a reflection of the increasing number of travellers looking to get more value out of their travel experience.
Barry Green, Etihad Airways' Vice President, CRM and Loyalty, said: "The Etihad Guest loyalty programme is renowned for providing its members with innovative and highly flexible features and benefits. We are delighted to welcome NBAD cardholders to the Etihad Guest loyalty programme, and we look forward to providing them with great value and rewarding experiences".
