Cinque Terre, Italy
Readers of the British edition of Condé Nast Traveller have named Italy their favorite travel destination for the second year in a row, namely for its food and culture. In the magazine’s annual Readers’ Travel Awards 2013, the Mediterranean
country received a top score of 95 out of a possible 100, beating the US (94) and France (93) which rounded out the top three most popular travel destinations in the world.
