Park Inn by Radisson Muscat Hotel wins health and safety award
The Park Inn by Radisson Muscat has secured the coveted Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) certificate, for its efforts in providing safe and wholesome food to customers. The hotel wholly
accepts the aims and provisions of the applicable local Food Hygiene and Safety regulations, as being essential in maintaining and enhancing business performance standards.
Training based on the application of scientific principles to food processing and production is regularly provided to relevant staff to ensure the continuous successful implementation of HACCP principles. The acquirement of this certificate is another step the hotel has taken to prove its commitment to offering the best to its guests while conducting business in a responsible way.
"HACCP is a widely acclaimed system in our business, and we are delighted to be the first hotel in 2013 to be awarded with this award," says Mr. Rabih Zein, General Manager Park Inn by Radisson Muscat.
"We would like to be known for our own food safety standards and culinary world – to be known for healthy cuisine and good service at the same time remain to high standards of safety and hygiene while act in accordance with the local laws," says Executive Chef Ajay Dhoundiyal, Park Inn by Radisson Muscat.
