Abu Dhabi University's Career Fair 2014
More than 1330 students and graduates were introduced to a variety of job vacancies and training opportunities during Abu Dhabi University's Career Fair 2014. The two-day exhibition, which concluded recently attracted a wide array
of regional and multinational companies and organizations from different sectors including: consulting, real estate, accounting, communications, health, petroleum, environment, tourism, hotels, banking, information technology, engineering, commerce and many others, offering more than 1500 job and training opportunities.
Chancellor of Abu Dhabi University, Dr. Nabil Ibrahim asserted the importance of the Career Fair, especially as in its fifth year it offers students and graduates a comprehensive picture of the expectations that lie ahead of them as they embark on their professional careers. "It represents a brilliant networking opportunity for our students and graduates and gives them the chance to gain firsthand experience on the current needs of the labor market in various business fields.
It also gives Abu Dhabi University the opportunity to strengthen its working relationship with all the organizations and community institutions that participated in the fair to collaborate in future academic, scientific research and community service projects", added Dr. Ibrahim.
Abu Dhabi University's Career Fair 2014 was sponsored by Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, with Abu Dhabi Media Company as the official media partner.
