Just over 9000 students have graduated from Dubai universities last year
Student enrolment at Dubai universities went up by 11 percent in the last 12 month, research from the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) has shown.In its 2012 Higher Education
Landscape report, KHDA said that more than 48,000 people were enrolled in a Dubai university during the 2011-12 academic year
The total combined both Emirati and international student studying in Dubai, with 9100 students graduating with either a Bachelor’s or Master’s qualification.
KHDA added that there was an 8 percent increase in academic programmes offered at the Emirate’s 53 higher education institutions,.
The expansion was seen in areas of business, media, law, humanities and natural and physical sciences.
