Group states that females have the right to their own freedom

Group states that females have the right to their own freedom A Facebook campaign entitled, Protect Egyptian Swimsuits from the Muslim Brotherhood, has gained 43,000 likes. The campaign, established in 2011, aims at defending freedom and confronting “underdeveloped ideas” spreading from the Muslim Brotherhood.
The founders’ vision has been published on the Facebook page, and is as follows…
“The value of a human being is not in his religious cloth, beard or beads.
The value of a human being is in what he/she offers the country, community and others.
The value of a human being is in his deeds not his words.
The value of a human being is in doing their job honestly and sincerely.
The value of a human being is to have free will to choose instead of acting like the others.
The value of a human being declines when they lie to achieve personal interests and without putting into account the interests of the others.”
The group stated that females have the right to their freedom so as long as it does not interfere with the rights of others, and that clothing restrictions should not matter, "what is important is the way in which people treat each other."
Most comments on the page have been openly critical of the Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood.
Ghada, a fan of the page commented “We will not accept any person or political group telling us what to eat or wear.” She added, “I will not allow any human being to intervene in my personal life or affect my freedom.”
