H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Ajman Executive Council, yesterday opened the attestation office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, MOFAAIC,.
The office situated in Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry is aimed to facilitate attestation of documents for the inhabitants of the city.
Mohammed Mir Abdullah Al Raisi, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and a number of officials accompanied Ajman Crown Prince.
Sheikh Ammar and those accompanying him toured the office and were briefed about its various sections, objectives and services provided to Emirati and expatriate residents clients.
Ajman Crown Prince congratulated the ministry on the step which aims at providing distinguished services to general public. He also wished luck for all staff in the office.
Al Raisi said that the move comes in implementation to the directives H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation to provide the ministry's services to the general public and facilitate all attestation procedures as well as alleviate burden on all segments of the society. He also extended thanks and appreciation to Sheikh Ammar for opening the office in Ajman, noting that the UAE opened a number of offices outside the country.
Abdullah Muwaiji Chairman of the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry confirmed the chamber's keenness on cooperating with all local and federal departments which enhances integration in providing services.
A number of senior officials attended the opening ceremony.
