The fourth Arab-African Summit has kicked off here, with the participation of Egypt's President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
The two-day summit is being held under the theme of ''Together for Sustainable Development and Economic Cooperation''.
The summit will tackle a host of issues, including the endorsement on Malabo declaration on supporting the Palestinian cause.
The summit will also review a joint report on spheres of Afro-Arab cooperation over the past three years.
