Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Gebran Bassil, held bilateral talks with Canadian Minister of Immigration, Ahmed Hussein, who is heading the Canadian delegation to the United Nations Conference on Migration in Marrakech.
During the meeting, Bassil stressed "the successes of the Lebanese immigrants, their swift integration into the host communities and their contribution to the development of these communities."
He also warned of "the danger of mass exodus on countries and the fabric of societies."
