British PM condemns beheading of Japanese hostage

British Prime Minister David Cameron has deplored the purported beheading of a Japanese hostage by Daesh.
"I utterly condemn what appears to be the despicable and appalling murder of Kenji Goto," a cabinet press release said on Sunday.
"It is a further reminder that ISIL is the embodiment of evil, with no regard for human life," it added.
