Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, today paid inspection visits to a number of BDF units, where he met their commanders who briefed him about efforts to raise the levels of combat readiness and administrative competence.
The commander-in-chief was informed about the military projects currently implemented by those units within the comprehensive development plans witnessed by all BDF’s units and weaponries.
Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed stressed that thanks to the constant support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander, the BDF has attained innumerable landmark achievements and become a symbol of dedication, giving and sacrifices, and is looking forward to a brighter future.
He praised the BDF servicemen, noting that the BDF has become the kingdom’s protective shield and bulwark that defend it, ensure its territorial integrity, provide security and protect its hard-won deep-rooted gains thanks to their dedication and sacrifices, valuing highly their sense of responsibilities and constant readiness to carry out the tasks assigned to them.
