Denmark’s Prince Consort Henrik visits Giza pyramids

Denmark’s Prince Consort Henrik, the husband of Queen Margrethe II, visited the Giza pyramids area and Sphinx on Tuesday.
The prince hailed the ancient Egyptian civilization and the construction of the engineering miracle pyramids.
Prince Henrik was given a detailed description of the archaeological area during his visit, director of the area’s antiquities el Hussein Abdel Basir told MENA.
The prince arrived in Cairo on Wednesday to visit different archaeological and tourist sites. He visited Downtown’s Tahrir Square yesterday.
