El-Araby heads for Kuwait to take part in donor conference

Arab League Secretary general Nabil El Araby left here for Kuwait Monday to take part in the third International Pledging Humanitarian Conference which kicks off Tuesday.
UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon arrived in Kuwait on Monday to participate the gathering.
Earlier today, 30 non-governmental organizations (NGOs) have pledged USD 506 million to provide humanitarian aid for the Syrian people, inside the country and in neighboring nations, exceeding pledges made in their meeting in Kuwait last year.
