Babiker Gashi was sworn –in  Wednesday  at the Republican Palace  before President of he Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir as Undersecretary of Ministry of Justice  in presence of  the Prime Minister, Muttaz Musa,  Acting Chief Justice, Judge Abdul-Majeed Idris and Minister of Presidency of the Republic, Dr Fadul Abdalla Fadul.

 Gashi  pledged in  press statements that he would exert  all efforts to dispense  justice ,  reactivate  departments of the ministry  and  coordinate the counsels efforts  for heightening  values of  justice and equality.

 

 He referred to  legislative and legal challenges  as well as challenges  pertinent to  implementation of national dialogue outcome, stressing  the Ministry  determination to tighten  coordination  between all justice organs  for boosting  justice  and  rule of law .
