Hani Mulki, Jordanian Prime Minister, and Hans Peter Doskozil, Austrian Defence Minister, have discussed bilateral ties and ways of boosting them, especially in the fields of military, defence, training and exchanging of expertise between the two countries' armed forces.

According to the Petra News Agency, the meeting tackled the latest developments in the region, as the Prime Minister stressed Jordan's supportive stance towards finding political solutions to the crises of many countries in the Middle East.

The Austrian Defence Minister said that his country will organise a meeting of Austrian investors in the Jordanian Embassy in Vienna in the next three months, to discuss areas of mutual cooperation and investment opportunities available in Jordan.
