Kuwaiti Emir receives phone call from Merkel

Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah al Ahmed al Jaber al Sabah on Monday received a phone call from German Chancellor Angela Merkel to discuss bilateral relations between the two countries.
They tackled issues of mutual concern and the latest political developments on the regional and international arenas.
On his part, Emir Sabah expressed his appreciation for the depth of historic ties between the two countries.
He also extended greetings to German President Joachim Guak.
