His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, accompanied by a delegation of officials, left the country on Thursday heading to Tunisia as the Envoy of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to participate in the Arab country's celebrations marking the signing into law of its new constitution. His Highness was seen off by the First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Mohammad Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Sheikh Khalid Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah, and the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Abdulmehsin Medeej Al-Medeej. Also greeting the envoy upon his departure were a host of Sheikhs, governors, senior commanders in the Army, Police, and National Guard, the Tunisian Ambassador to Kuwait, and a number of senior state and premier diwan officials.
