Logicom was named distributor of the year for the highest SMB revenue growth for Saudi Arabia at an award ceremony held at Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Conference in Toronto at the beginning of July.
Logicom’s Executive Director of Distribution Michael Papaeracleous received the award from Microsoft’s SMB Director in the MEA Arjan Oude Kotte at the MEA distribution roundtable session. Logicom was awarded for its performance in the SMB market, growing its business by 70 percent, the fastest in the entire MEA region.
Yasser Wardany, GM, Logicom Saudi Arabia, said: “This award is the result of great teamwork, and I wish to thank my whole Logicom team for this great achievement. The formula for success is understanding our vendors’ changing strategies and using the relevant tools and programs to achieve the best results possible.”
Papaeracleous noted: “We are looking forward to even greater achievements with Microsoft as we transform Logicom to a Microsoft cloud solutions provider in Europe and the Middle East.”
