Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak on Monday reshuffled his cabinet, announcing two new ministerial appointments.
Parti Gerakan Rakyat president Mah Siew Keong has been appointed as Plantation Industries and Commodities Minister and Noh Omar is the new Minister of Urban Well-being, Housing and Local Government.
Abdul Rahman Dahlan takes over from Wahid Omar in overseeing the economic planning unit as Minister in the Prime Minister's Department, after three years as Minister for Urban Well-being, Housing and Local Government.
Najib also announced the appointment of three new deputy ministers and the re-appointment of a former deputy minister to strengthen the federal administration.
