North Sinai Governor Maj. General Abdel Fattah Harhour visited a hospital Tuesday in Al Arish city where a number of victims from terror attacks were recovering.
The governor comforted many of the victims who were in bed with various injuries, saying 12 people were discharged while six others still receiving medication and are in stable condition.
A committee was formed to estimate value of damage sustained by property where attacks took place in the city, he said, adding initial estimates showed that about 25 shops were damaged in the attacks.
The state provides compensation for the families of the victims in addition to the necessary prosthetic devices in coordination with the rehabilitation centers, he added.
