As part of the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and his encouragement of academic progress of Royal Charity Organisation (RCO)-sponsored children, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa the representative of HM the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Youth and Sports and Board of Trustees Chairman of the Royal Charity Organisation, the Royal Charity Organisation will honour on Wednesday 535 students from the various stages of schooling and university level during the RCO’s 15th Student Honouring ceremony annually celebrated in honour of its sponsored children at the directives of His Majesty the King to provide all means that encourage their top academic achievement.

On this occasion, RCO Secretary-General Dr. Mustafa Al Sayed expressed sincere gratitude and appreciation of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa the Honorary Presid3ent of the Royal Charity Organisation and his keenness and attentiveness to the RCO-sponsored children’s high academic achievement and the provision of all mean, services and welfare to boost their academic and life success and high achievement, praising the generous support of the government led by His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister with support from His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister. He also expressed sincere gratitude and appreciation to His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad the Chairman of the Trustees’ Board of the Royal Charity Organistion for patronizing this honouring ceremony that affirms His Highness’s attention to RCO-sponsored students and supporting them towards continuous success.

Dr. Al Sayed pointed out that the Royal Charity Organisation had registered high-achiever orphans in all stages starting from grade one primary school to university level. A total of 535 students will be honoured for their academic high-achievement. Top mark achievers in the most recent classroom will be honoured from all stages of schooling. This will constitute an incentive to them as the annual event is annual being held as part of the educational sponsorship of RCO-sponsored families and their children to continue their high achievement.

RCO-sponsored as well as non-sponsored students will be honoured in order to encourage orphans all over Bahrain towards further academic and life progression.
