H. H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council on Sunday won 160km Endurance GB championship (FEI EGB CEI 3 star) Sheikh Hamdan finished the race in 7:34:00 at an average speed of 73 kph. UAE's Mohammed Ahmed Hasan Al-Abbar and Ali Al-Shafaar cam in second and thrid places with 7:56:08 and 7:56:09 respectively. Endurance GB is the governing body for the sport of Endurance (Competitive Long Distance) Riding in Great Britain. An elite group of prominent equestrians representing 14 countries from around the world took part in the race which is in preparation for the FEI World Endurance Championship, scheduled on 26 August in the UK. The race was organized by the British Equestrian Federation and supervised by the International Equestrian Federation.
