UN aid chief arrives in Sanaa

UN Under-Secretary-General for Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs Stephen O'Brien arrived on Sunday in Sanaa for a two-day official visit, the state news agency Saba reported.
In a statement to the media, O’Brien made clear that the visit aims at having a close acquaintance of what is taking place in Yemen.
"I have received many reports on what is taking place in Yemen and I am here for the second time to personally see what is happening and, in my turn, I will report it," O’Brien said.
He pointed out that the visit will include Sanaa and Hudeida, noting that he will have a press conference at the end of his visit.
