Undersecretary of Electricity Dr Mohamed Moussa Omran
Cairo - Arab Today

Undersecretary of Electricity Dr Mohamed Moussa Omran left for Abu Dhabi, the UAE, Saturday, to attend a ministerial meeting on how the economy depends on renewable energy.

Omran will be attending the meeting on behalf of Egypt's Electricity Minister Dr Mohamed Shaker.

The meeting will coincide with sessions of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA).

Figuring high in the meeting will also be means to achieve the sustainable development goals. 

Participants will also mull an annual report on the implementation of a program of action, as well as the 2016-2017 budget.
