Falafel, one of the most popular dishes in the region, is proving that it can become the fast food of choice across the world. Ingredients 8 burger buns, halved horizontally Chopped tomato, shredded lettuce and cucumber pickles, as required 300g tomato ketchup 24 basic falafels, slightly pressed to make them a little flat Burger sauce (available in supermarkets), as required Preparation On the bottom half of the burger bun, place a portion of tomato, lettuce, cucumber pickles and tomato ketchup. Then place three falafels on top. Drizzle about 1 tbsp burger sauce over the falafels and close the burger. Serve immediately. From: Gulfnews
