Ingredients 550g : new potatoes, halved 5 tbsp : natural fromage frais 3 tbsp : low-fat milk 125g : Stilton or other blue cheese, crumbled or chopped into small pieces 2 tbsp : fresh chives, chopped Preparation 1. Place potatoes in a pan of boiling salted water and boil for 15-20 minutes, until cooked. 2. Whisk together fromage frais and milk, then stir in cheese. 3. Drain potatoes and place in a serving dish. Cover with blue cheese dressing and sprinkle with chives. Stir well to ensure potatoes are coated with dressing, then serve.
