His Highness Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah has announced the social and health insurance would soon cover the citizens with limited income in the Emirate of Sharjah. During his regular programme of direct line broadcast by Sharjah Radio and TV today, Sheikh Sultan unveiled the construction of project by the Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services. The huge building, he said would be equipped with the world class devices, and part of it would be allocated to children with autism. Speaking from England, where he is spending summer holiday, the Ruler of Sharjah added that the lists of all Emiratis in the Emirate of Sharjah were being prepared to assess their living conditions, indicating that he was keen each citizen has a right to commercial, or industrial or residential plot. Shaikh Sultan added that he would not wait for those with problems to talk about them, because he was aware that many of them were unable to present their problems for different reasons. He referred to provision of a steady income through social security for low-income earners, stressing his keenness to provide health insurance to citizens due to necessity of treatment for each patient within the UAE and abroad.
