The King Hamad University Hospital’s commander Brigadier Dr. Shaikh Salman bin Attiyatulla Al Khalifa received Professor Tom Collins on the occasion of his appoinment as President of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland - Medical University of Bahrain (RCSI Bahrain) in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Professor Samir Al-Tom and Mrs. Tina Joyce.During their meeting, the two sides exchanged friendly conversation and explored topics of mutual concern. . Shaikh Salman bin Attiyatulla wished Professor Collins the best of luck and success in his new assignment to consolidate the cooperation relations and future horizons between the King Hamad University Hospital and the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland which provide healthcare, education and training and draw syllabuses for medical interns in line with international standards applicable in the Kingdom. It is worth mentioning that there is cooperation program between the King Hamad University Hospital and the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI Bahrain) for medical students, practitioners and nurses to receive their education and training in the King Hamad University Hospital.
