Spanish nurse Ebola-free after testing negative

A Spanish nurse has been completely cured of the deadly Ebola virus after being tested negative by the hospital she was working for on Sunday.
Two separate tests Teresa Romero underwent since Sunday showed that she had completely recovered, leading doctor at Carlos III Hospital Jose Ramon Arribas told a press conference.
Romero was treated by an experimental drug and serum containing antibodies from Ebola survivors, he added, and the combination makes it difficult to determine the exact source of the treating agent.
In the meantime, she has been taken out of quarantine and has been admitted to another wing in the hospital where she will be given special care over the coming weeks until her full recovery from the aftereffects of the disease.
Romero was the first person to contract the virus outside of West Africa after treating patients who had returned from Sierra Leone.
Another 15 people remain under quarantine, including her husband, while another two have died.
