Tehran - Tehran

A Health Ministry expert, Mahdieh Vares Vazirian, says talking to children reduces their stress and anxiety, the Far news agency reported. Parents should train their children how to talk about their feelings in order find a solution to their problems, Vazirian noted. Vazirian, as an expert of Mental Health Department of Health Ministry, says children can effectively reduce stress by doing regular physical exercise, doing activities that they are interested in, and living in a calm and safe atmosphere. She also recommended adults to take warm showers, listen to relaxing music, close their eyes and take deep breaths in order to reduce their stresses. Stress and anxiety cause certain symptoms in various body organs such as palpitation (increased pulse), dyspnea (difficult respiration), indigestion and physical pains. They also make one’s body prone to different diseases
